What do I do if my card is lost/stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, select your card from the Piñata Pay overview screen or the See All Cards screen. Tap “Replace Card” and select the option that best fits your situation. Your card will be deactivated immediately, and you will be prompted to order a replacement card. Virtual replacement cards will be available immediately, while physical cards should arrive in the mail within 5-10 business days.
