Setting Up Your Account

Getting you and your tenants onto Piñata is fast and easy!

It's important to us that your Piñata experience is custom and personal, so you should have a dedicated Account Manager that you've been assigned to walk you through Piñata. When you're ready to get set up with Piñata, they'll send you a link to our Onboarding Hub!

If you lost that email, just reach out to your Account Manager to ask them to re-send it. If you can't find their contact information, email us or call us at (909) 314-1712 and we'll make sure that you're taken care of!
